Having an exhibit table at the National Book Club Conference is an ideal way to make up-close-and-personal contact with serious, avid readers and supportive consumers. We will have 400 attendees from across the country at the 17th-Annual NBCC, August 2-4 at the InterContinental hotel in Atlanta.
There are two rates for participation as an exhibitor:
* $250: six-foot exhibit table for two days in our high-traffic area outside the Windsor Ballroom from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* $350: all of the above AND breakfast on Friday, wine at Friday reception, box lunch on Saturday and dinner at the semi-formal awards event on Saturday evening.
It is a beautiful event that will grant you maximum exposure. You can decorate your table any respectable way you see fit. Each table will come with a black cloth. You can display banners as well, as long as they do not intrude on others’ space.
It is very important to secure your table ASAP, as we are down to the last few of 20. Questions? Email Curtis Bunn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
